  Absolutely Filthy! Mold and urine accompanied by dirt! Unacceptable. We love love's but these stores that have employees who just don't care are running the name to the ground. I was in the shower room about a hour, I herd people coming and going as well as new numbers being called. The showers were NOT cleaned between customers! Absolutely gross. This store goes on the dirty list marked "not to return" On top of this the Carl's Jr was a joke. Guy Infront of us waited 30 minutes for his meal because they were out of fries. They made the fries but never gave him his meal. They admitted it but didn't compensate him. My chicken strips tasted like a chemical and it came fresh from the fryer, our milk shakes was more like plain white milk. I even asked them to please make the shakes thick if possible. Won't stop here again!! 1-3-18 7pm - 5am 1-4-18

  Very rude customer service for a manager who discriminated other skins. And insulting truckers coz of his position n telling costumer to to pilot n says I don't care to people very rude I hope I can show him his place and don't use bad behavior to costumer if you can't b nice or one day some truckers gonna tie him to trailer n give him parking lot round. Bad manager rude disrespecting.i think love's forgot how to hire Manager's who can help loves to grow business.
